About the event
A body positive and self expressive art class where you get to turn your own body into the nude painting of your dreams!
This is also availble for private bookings anywhere in Australia - contact Cork and Chroma here to book.
During this 3 hour workshop led by a Cork & Chroma artist and Somatic Sexologist Alice Child, you’ll go on a creative journey of body positivity and self expression, and go home with the cheekiest of self-portraits!Â
First, pour yourself a wine and learn the fundamentals of sketching the nude form. You will also get the chance to trace or project your own nude photo onto your canvas, and learn how to bring more body confidence into your life.
Then sit back, relax, and be guided step by step by one of our expert artists, learning the block-style painting technique. Or paint outside the lines in your own unique style – your body, your rules!
Get creative and express yourself as you learn more about your body and enjoy candid conversations and Q&As with your local Sexologist and Sex Coach Alice Child. This is the perfect evening to learn something new, celebrate the diversity of human bodies, and go home with your very own body-positive masterpiece.Â
Don’t forget to bring:
- A good quality nude photograph or outline of yourself – for those that want to there will be a chance to project the picture onto your canvas in our private back room. If you don’t have a photo – don’t worry! We will also have example nude sketches for you to copy and adapt using your imagination
- BYO drinks and snacks
- An open mind!
