Weekly workshop: Sex After Children

Sex and intimacy is  the last thing on your mind after childbirth - but deprioritising it impacts your overall wellbeing as well as your relationship. 

We help women and couples reconnect with each other, refind their desire, prioritise pleasure, and learn more about their bodies  - because great sex and intimacy after birth IS possible! 

Join Somatic Sexologist Alice Child and Midwife and Sexuality Expert Claire Eccleston  for an expert-led, judgement-free, sex-positive evening to talk about your experiences and support others.

You will:

• Learn what to expect after childbirth when it comes to sexual wellness and pleasure (including postpartum healing, libido changes, hormonal changes, intimacy struggles)

• Learn how to rebuild intimacy after having a baby (with yourself and with a partner)
