Just like with personal training, physio, psychology or any other form of healthcare, the more time you put aside to prioritise your sexual health, the more change you will see. Very few people get exactly what they are looking from one 1-hour session. This is because sex, bodies and relationships are broad and complex, and talking about your sex-life with a complete stranger can be intimidating. As such, it often takes a few sessions for people to get fully comfortable, and for me to really understand your sexual history and how to best achieve your goals.
